Couple of months ago, I subscribed to a cooking mag. For doing so, they send me free every month a travel mag. I have no interest, I don't travel. So, I just called the travel mag. and asked them to stop sending me their mag. She said they would and also would cancel my sub. to the cooking mag. I said I still wanted the cooking mag. and she said it HAD to be canceled also. Soooo, I told them to keep sending me the travel mag. so I could keep my cooking mag. Like I said, I tried to save them the trouble of mailing me their mag. but......LIFE IS WEIRD!!!!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent AGAIN!!!!! lol

Perhaps consider that the cost of the travel mag was already factored in when it was offered as part of the deal. Ever notice how the newsstand/cover price of most magazines is in the $6 -$10 range, but a subscription, mailed to your house, is often only $2-$3 an issue (and the "we want you back" price when you don't renew is even less than that)? It's called "advertising supported". Two magazines instead of just one provides twice the ads to potentially show you. Just give the ones you don't want to someone else who might be interested in them and you, they and the publisher will all be happy.
