Tonight's culinary delight, done in my 22 1/2" OTG.

Left
Spicy - (bacon weave, Bob Evans sausage, jalapeno and red bell peppers, with a 4 cheese melt mix)

Middle
Mild - (bacon weave, Bob Evans sausage, green and red bell peppers, onions, with a Mexican cheese mix).

Right
Meatloaf - (bacon weave, chuck chop, trimmed pieces of Bob Evans sausage, wet bread crumbs made from dry Ciabatta bread, an egg, with broken slices of American cheese).

They were all really tasty!

4 of us, my wife, my son, a friend of my son's and myself ate 2 3/4 fattys! There was a little piece of the mild left.
