Tried making Cornell Chicken tonight... the 14.5" didn't get up to temp in enough time for She Who Must Be Obeyed to eat dinner, so transferred to the Huntington Rebel to finish.
I made 6 on the Rebel before smoking, the rest started on the WSM. The ones on the WSM had SO MUCH more flavor, with applewood chips over Kingsford.
Learned a bit too. I don't get to smoke much anymore due to having 2 jobs, but it was a worthwhile experience tonight. Even in the heat/humidity of SE MI this week.
