Last night I grilled up a few Tri-tips for dinner. Both were grilled over Kford comp and mesquite and for a little smoke flavor, I tossed in some maple wood chips TimBear gave me. On one of the Tips I only seasoned with Lowry’s and the other I used some World Grill beef rub I found in the cupboard. Along with the beef I grilled up some yellow squash and my wife made a nice green salad and of course plenty of cold ones while I was grillin.
