Done in my 22 1/2" WSM at 275F, 2 1/2, 1 1/2.
They were fall of the bone tender. Sorry comp cooks, my family and I like 'em like that! Really moist, tender and tasty!

Nice and fatty, I cut them square. When I do the rib tips from these racks I'm betting they will come out great.
