Tonight's all kettle cooked dinner

I took a 3# choice eye round roast and injec5ed it with beef base then seasoned it with SPOG. Placed it in a foil pan and cooked indirect at 325* . While that was going I also grilled 4 boneless breasts for tomorrow nights grilled chicken salad. About 1/2 of the way through on the roast I poured half a beer in the rest of the stock and placed in the pan fo the au ju. Once it hit medium rare I pulled the pan and tented in foil to rest. Next I grilled over the coals organic carrots and sweet potato slices for the sides.
The roast actually came out tender and was very juicy. The charcoal roasted veggies were very good as well. It was an awsome dinner.
