For a family feed today.
Leading off, the beloved WSM stocked up with a couple of butts and some sausages. Mostly for personal consumption so I can divide up and freeze for lunches, will put out some pulled pork based on demand.
Up next is the gasser (Silver C I think). This is going to be going hard and heavy today with 150+ oysters and many side sauces. I'm sure some may not make it to the gasser as some prefer the raw oyster...myself included.
Last, certainly not least is the trusty kettle. This is going to filled with three tri-tips and various grilled vegetables.
I'm sure there will be many a side salad, but that's not really my department.
Oh yeah, can't forget the fridge stocked with many a brew and the wine cellar will be open for those who prefer (I do live in the wine country so people drink wine with anything).
