Doing ribs as we speak, so thought I would check out the forum. If you reside in WNY area check out BJ's wholesale club. I think it was $3.49lb for baby backs, and it was $10.79 for 48lbs of Kingsford charcoal... Hope all goes well today... maybe try a butt next weekend... this can get addicting...
