Timing Question

I am cooking 3 pork shoulders each about 10 pounds for 30 pounds total. I have a 22" WSM, should I do all three on top or two on top and one on the bottom? I use kingsford with hickory and pecan woods. I need them off the smoker by 730 am. They will have plenty of time to rest once pulled but what time should I start them? My smokers like the 265-275 range and settles well for overnight cooks.
 
If all 3 will fit on the top I would go that route. Its easier to manage not having to remove the top grate to get to the bottom one and they will cook at the same ambient temp.
