Time/lb estimate for flat in a BOB cook?

Two butts over a brisket flat, never cooked a flat before (packers only). I've read anywhere from 1-2 hrs/lb in these situations. Anyone else have a reliable estimate? This assumes about 230-240 at the top grate, so close to 225 at the bottom grate.

Thanks!

John,
Do yourself a favor and put the butts on the bottom and the brisket on the top, the brisket will be done long before the butts if you put them on at the same time. This way you won't have to move the butts to get the brisket off.

I mostly cook flats in the 245-265º dome range and regardless of what grate they're on generally take 1hr - 1hr 15 min per lb. That's foiling when they get to 160º-165º and pulling when they're tender or in the 190º-195º range.
