Alright! here's my first shot at beef back ribs. Got'em at Safeway for 1.45/lbs.

The first one I did in Montreal steak rub w/mustard.

The other I used Tabasco chipotle sauce to coat followed by Bad Byron's butt rub.

Here they are done and sauced up on the Performer. The far one I used Kona coast teriyaki (the one w/Butt rub), and the near one I used a bbq sauce I made ( the one with Montreal steak rub). Smoke was oak wood.

They tasted great! Great smoke and spice combo. Nice and tender, did a 3-2-1 cook with'em. Thanks for lookin.
