Three different meats at once -- advice

Hello there,

Tomorrow I'm smoking three different things on my WSM 22.5 for a little dinner party:
1) Standing rib roast, 3 bones.
2) Chuck eye roast, 4 pounds
3) 4.5 pound chicken

I want to do all of these on the WSM 22.5 at once.

I'm thinking of putting all three on the same grate, and doing the chicken with a beer can. Using a fruit wood like apple or cherry, on high heat with a full water pan.

Any suggestions or thoughts?
