Personally I think and its been discussed before they are being more competitive with their prices. They always ran sales I bought my Mk4 years ago on sale, I think you bought a Smoke when Jon posted the same deal on Jan 17th. I bought mine when Chris posted a 40% off in December for the Smoke I had bought a TP829 not used it yet my son in law got a pellet grill gave it to him for Christmas. The Smoke was supposed to be a Christmas gift from my wife and 2 daughters, of course they never paid me for it.

I bought a Smoke when the deal was posted on Jan 17th. I didn't think it would last long so I decided to go for it.

Surprised it's still going on. Wonder if they are upgrading to a new model soon?

Still somewhat tempting to get the Smoke WI-FI gateway, but I really don't need it...
