This TP-620 was the prior "flagship" thermometer that ThermoPro offered. I am guessing they are heavily discounting it since the deals on the new Lightning make it look less attractive. They may be planning on discontinuing the TP-620 altogether. I have one of these and like it very well, especially the super bright LED display that rotates 180 degrees, although not 90 degrees like Thermapens do.
At $31.99 it would make a very fine choice, though, at a price hard to beat. I would say if a bright display (much brighter than Thermoworks units) matters to you, then this one might well be worth double the price of the TP-19H.
