Thermometer Replacement

I've got a bunch of old thermometers for my Genesis 2000, but curious if there's a more reliable/accurate one available. I can also just buy a new weber one for $10, but something tells me it won't be much better. Or maybe who cares, just continue gauging by feel which I've always done.

I would get a new one if it's all faded out or has moisture inside of it. You can test them for accuracy by boiling some water and sticking the end of the thermometer in the water. The needle should go up to the test line if it is somewhat accurate.
