I purchased my thermapen and now want to get a quality thermometer for my deep fryer. So far, I have purchased two Polders, both proved to be junk and broke. I also ordered two taylors with dials, both of which were off by more than 25 degrees or worse. Guess I don't have much luck with them. Any suggestions on a quality deep fry unit?
