The way beef should look

Well, first I plan to take the wrapper off, then grind it into hamburger. We grind all of our burger and sausage. This is the boneless chuck roast Safeway had on sale this week. Happy trails!

Probably better off without enlarging. I was just testing the site with a pic of a chuck roast (still in the wrapper). Thanks for looking, though!
