Excellent job. How I wish I was there.

I say that because of two reasons...the climate conditions of Cave Creek, Arizona are about two months away from 110 plus degrees temperature conditions. /infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif
And those lamb ribs.....Man, did those look good!

Great looking Q! Thomas, could you please describe those chicken legs I saw on your website? I have never cooked legs for 2 hours like that. Thank you.
 
Thanks for all nice postings!

The chicken legs were fairly easy to prepare:
I thawed frozen legs, rubbed half of them with curry and salt under the skin and the others with "grilling spice" and salt.
Let them stay over night.
Spray with apple juice now and then during the smoke until they are done.
