I actually thought of that post when I got the idea. That and there is a company in Calgary here that markets "beef Bacon" but... Its a bit different than the cut i had... I will see if I can't get a picture of the raw product in the next few days or so - I have been informed that we "need more" even though we haven't finished the stuff we have, and I still have 13 lbs of pork belly in the freezer.. but hey.. what do I know
.. Happy wife = money released to spend on meat... in my case hehe..
