The 4th and 9 BB Ribs

Hello everyone and Happy 4th!

I'm going to be using the BRITU recipe again for the BB's because I loved how they turned out... But, this is the first time I'm going to be loading up the WSM with all this meat (9 BB's). I tried the Standard Method last weekend with only 3 slabs and I had a hard time keeping the temps down.

I think I'll use the Menion Method this time because I had temps over 330* last weekend.

Please let me know what you think!
 
That seems to be the idea on another thread. Seems the MM works the best for anything low and slow. I'm doing 8 full slabs of baby backs on the 5th. Let me know how yours turn out. Good Luck and have a great holiday.
