The $2 SS tongs are back at WM!

Of course,they are $2.50 now! I saw them a couple of years ago,and snagged the last one at the store. Been looking since,but all they had were $4 ones with silicone tips. But I was at the store today,saw them and actually got back in line to buy a pair!

The hinge on our old SS tongs just blew out after several torture sessions of our three year old getting his hands on them. Need a replacement.

Those are my second favorite tongs right behind my metal oxo tongs. I will be looking for them.

Well, I looked today and nothing. However the garden center is in the middle of change over from Christmas to spring garden. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks they will be in stock. I will buy about 4 pairs this time. (I compared them to my good Oxo tongs and they are very close to each other.)

i have about 5 of the older $1 ones. but i might buy a few more if i can find them. i'm in a wheelchair and find them super handy for picking things up. i get kinda worried if i can't get any regularly. i use mine a lot and so far they stay together. i lost my original one, 4 years with me and still feel bummed.
