thawing Baby Backs

Hi all I am preparing for my second smoke on Sunday. I am going to through on 3 racks of Baby Backs. I got them from costco. They are currently frozen. If I am going to smoke first thing Sunday morning, When should I take them out of the freezer. Also what thawing techique should I use? Thanks Jason

Ribs really take no time at all to thaw. Put them in your sink and run "cold" water on them, they should be thawed in 15-20 min max.

Pork Ribs

These guys say 8-10 hours in the fridge. You'll want to prep them and rub the night before. So...... Out of the freezer and in the fridge Friday night for a Saturday prep and Sunday morning cook.
