Well cooked up my 2nd Turkey in 2 weeks. Stuck to the advice of not doing your 1st turkey on Thanksgiving. Turned out pretty well,everyone enjoyed the meal.Brining really does keep the turkey meat moist, will be doing this on all of our turkeys in the future here

I have to say the instructions put on the website by Chris worked like a charm.
I think I read every post on the board on smoking a turkey,to all who put up some great advise and sharing on this site , Thanks George
