Thanksgiving through an artist lens

My oldest daughter is just an amazing kid and one of her most amazing qualities is she brings her artistic abilities to everything she does. She always tells me I need to let her take pictures of the food and I tell her to go for it. Well, I took zero photos of Thanksgiving or Pie Night (the best night of the year... The night before Thanksgiving when the five of us make pies together for Thanksgiving), and she took tons. Here is Thanksgiving through the lens of an artist...









Some are easier to identify then others but let me know if you think of our know all four.

Yes it is something being poured... But not stock or wine, hint it is from Pie Night

Yep!

3: Broccoli?

No, but close.

4: Cranberry sauce?

I thought that one may be tougher but yes you are correct.


Any guesses on 1 and 3? and here is a bonus...

Not quite, it is a primary ingredient for pecan pie.

That is correct, you never made pecan pie?!?! It has just always been a staple for Thanksgiving here.
This year I made a berry pie for the first time, taste was excellent, but a little running, got to work on improving it.
