Came home from work yesterday and there on my back porch sat a brand new 18.5 WSM! Today I'm up early, and I'm going to assemble this thing and get my first cook in tomorrow. I'm thinking a couple of whole chickens first to get a feel for this rig. Well gotta go, I have to start putting this thing together before the wife gets up with her Saturday honey-do list.
