As some of you know because I peppered this forun with my beginner's nervous questions, I did my first cook today with a new WSM, eight slabs of baby back ribs. The short version is that everyone loved them and thought they were absolutly great. My judgement is a bit less than that, but that discussion can wait at least until tomorrow. Thanks for everyone who helped me through this first cook!
