Nice!
Yes when I bought the sear grate I was thinking I'd get the griddle and the wok. Then a friend bought me a griddle (not part of the sear system) and I found a cute little wok I can use with most of my grills so I have decided not to buy anything else just yet. Although that pizza stone looks interesting to me!
What I tend to do is lay out enough Stubb's briquettes for most of the grate, leaving an indirect area on the side. Then I pile hardwood lump under the sear grate to bump up the heat. That way I can cook vegetables on the side and sear up my steaks.
It's been great - hey my food tastes like I know what I'm doing!
Enjoy -
