Texas Chicken Chain Golden Chic

There was a blurb in the papers here today in Las Vegas that we are getting 20 Golden Chic locations. What do you know about this chain? We've had Popeyes and Church for a long time and now the Atlanta based chain is expanding here along with Rasin' Cane.

We used to have one back in the day in my town. They still have locations around Wichita Falls. It was one of the very first places to serve chicken tenders. They're ok, nothing mind blowing, but good as far as fast food chicken. I love some Raisin' Canes too. It's as close as I can get to a place called Layne's in College Station that was almost identical. Lots of discussion on whether Layne's or Canes came first.
