Works great. I sealed up 2 gallons of dried Datil peppers a friend of mine from Florida sent me in 2 bags. I am very happy with this unit. It worked flawlessly. This is the basic model 350 for $100, but I can't see spending another $250 just for extra bells and whistles. (unless you are rich and money is no matter). lol
