Gorgous evening here in KY.

Doing chicken thighs and breast as first cook but have a full ring of lump just to stretch my legs with the new toys!!

Thanks everyone for their input to make this site so enjoyable. I really enjoy cooking with the WSM, Stoker and Stokerlog!

A few toddy's, some nice weather finally and the smell of smoke is a hard combination to beat.
