Not sure where else to put this but I'm starting to think about plans for an outdoor kitchen and would like to consider one of the flattop cooking surfaces you see at the various Japanese Steakhouses.
Does anyone have a good source for these. I've seen only 1 or 2 sites and they don't offer much in the way of variety or options... and their very very expensive in $3K + range.
I know it's not going to be cheap, but $3K would be too much. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
