Temps - Ribs and Turkey

Trying to reconcile the following:

Smoking three racks of babybacks and one 12 lb turkey today. Usually smoke ribs at 225-250. I see that optimal temp for turkey is in 325-350 range for nice crispy brown skin. Any recommendations? In NJ, so my concern is that if I bring down temp to 225-250 for ribs, it may be tough to bring temp back up in PM for the turkey. Thanks, and Happy Holidays to everyone!

225-250 will work fine for the bird too....smokier flavor ...takes a little longer

Thanks for the reply. But I'm looking for a turkey with crispier skin, and at 225-150, I think it'll be rather soggy looking. Wondering if I can smoke the ribs and turkey at 250 and then finish both around 300-325.....
