temp is holding time for bed

It's almost 11pm and the brisket and butts have been on for 5 hours. Temp is holding at a nice 225 and I'm heading to bed.....

I'm going to set the ET-73 for lo/hi of 200/260 and hope it doesn't quit on me.

First time with the kingsford and I must say it is doing a fine job. I'll post int he AM

Yes, of course please let us know how they turn out.....mmm...i think i need to get the et73 or other other thingy were discussing here.. let us know.. for now i just use a reg polder themometer.. take care and good luck enjooy
