I thought I knew what tasty steaks were till I tried a skirt steak. Just want to make sure I am not missing out on something.

Ribeyes used to be ny favorite very juicy and tender.

New York Strip ok on flavor but not as juicy as a ribeye.

Filet these are pretty good but a little pricey.

T Bone pretty darn good

Poter House pretty good

Skirt Steak damn good love the flavor and tenderness.

Flank Steak a close second to the skirt steak in flavor

I am sure I am missing some. hope to find something new to try.

Ground beef Love a big juicy hamburger with the fixins.
 
A skirt steak can be very good, especially if it is marinated. Have you ever tried Tri-Tip steaks?
They are right at the top of my list. Give one a try!
 
Anyone try a hanger steak? I've heard they have great flavor. My meat market advertised them once, but I got there too late.

If your local Publix does not feature Tri's from time to time, they can get it for you. They have them labeled as Tri-tip. Make sure they do not cut them into " Tri-tip steaks."
