Tandoori Ribs

For my second post - I give you tandoori ribs. The wife and I decided that we love tandoori chicken, why not try pork..

She made the wet rub, a combination of yogurt, masala and a few other (spicy) spices. It sat in the rub for around 13 hours or so. The flavor from the masala and the smoke (cherry wood) was incredibly intense - not for the faint of heart.
