mah belly! forgot to take photos. started that Modelo a little early. chopped up breast and thigh meat, with thigh skin on to create a crispy bacon-like texture. mmm, so good. and the salsa roja was hot! added 10 Arbol chilis into the Blendtec before the charred tomatoes and jalapeno when it, all for a little "extra." mixed in diced white onion and fresh cilantro.
