T-bone time

After reading thistopic I couldn't resist to give it a try for myself.
So I took three t-bones out the freezer and this is what happened :

They were very good, can't wait to do it again

That is a good looking t-bone. Most I find are trimmed so bad you don't get the tenderloin side
