Hey everybody - I've been lurking for a while and decided that I should join up. Proud owner of a WSM 18. I've been a grilling and smoking enthusiast for a long time, in another life I was the production manager of a seafood smokehouse in the Hudson Valley in NY. I now live in SW Florida.
