Thanks for digging up the buried results, Greg! T'wasn't a bad brisket at all, but I still love the TX rub....! And hickory and oak. But next time I'm doin' Raichlen's millionaire brisket (coffee/beer mop sauce, if memory serves). Sounds cool!
