We're enjoying some Spring weather, while it lasts. In the upper 50s for the next week, so taking advantage. Got a slab of ribs and a couple dozen ABTs going on the pellet pooper in a few minutes. ABTs done with cream cheese and sharp cheddar, wrapped in peppered bacon and sprinkled with Magic Dust. Made a small batch of slaw to go along with.

Wife and I laid waste to almost half of the ABTs. Ribs will be ready in ~1/2 hour. Can't wait!
Ate so many ABTs that we've got plenty of ribs left :)
