Did these on the gasser using Mike's award wining rub as illustrated by Jamie Purviance on his film clip at Weber Nation.

Some decent cuts about 1 3/4 thick with rub applied:

Grill up to about 500*:

2-3 mins and flip:

Plated after resting:

I'll be doing this one often.
