Sunday burgers, pork chops and sides.
I decided to start with the sides tonight since the stars of the cook ( the MEAT ) won’t take long.
A skillet of Yukon Golds with SPOG.
Double decker rack with some Olathe sweet corn

MEAT is on. Square burger is for the dogs (no seasoning)
The pork chops have a Puerto Rican style adobo seasoning on them. I’ll try to find the recipe.
