For the first test run of this beast I used the IR burner and the rotisserie. It seems CRAZY that the grill is a 2008 and I'm the first one to use the rotisserie. It works absolutely fantastic. Used the smoke box and it did not disappoint. Possibly the juiciest chicken I've ever had. Can't wait to try a turkey on it!

That grill makes the bird look like a black bird. I definitely think a 15+ lb turkey is in order next.
Yeah, I think a turkey would go just fine in there.

Seeing the "little" chicken in that enormous grill reminds me of the time I asked the shipping dept (of the company where I worked) to pick up a rush order for me (a box of stainless steel screws weighing less than one pound). They sent the company truck (a 1990 International with a 22 foot bed and a 33,000 pound GVW rating).
