For the last six weeks been totally envolved in a kitchen remodel. Haven't been able to use my WSM. BUT, now it's done and I'm raring to go, YAHOOO!!!! Doing meatloaf on Saturday and ribs on Sunday. My question is I'm going to do butts the following week and wanted to experiment. Has anyone ever brined a pork butt? I am cooking four and I thought I'd try one this way to see how it came out.
