Anyone ever try St. Louis style ribs using the
BRITU recipe?
Bought some yesterday, the BBs around here are
so expensive 5.99 to 6.99 lb.
My first try with ribs on my WSM., had it a couple weeks, did a BUTT, very good, and a pork
loin (boneless) not as good as the BUTT though.

I did some BRITU and they turned out great. There has been some discussion on how long spares take. Mine take about as longs as the baby backs. I only turned them once. Never opened the cooker up either.
