stuffed wild hog loin smoke

This Thursday seemed like a good evening to smoke a half a loin from one of the hogs I stuck in Oklahoma this winter...

Cream cheese, pepper jelly, and garlic stuffing...

I brought home 525 pounds of hog from Texas it was tertibly un tasteful so I gave it away as was the other guys that went on the trips hogs I won't bring the meat home again
 
Well it was great, here it is finished... I forgot to take a sliced picture... doh!



My wife made pepper egg rings too... please forgive the kids plate :-)




Barley pops were enjoyed by all!
