Stuffed Tenderloin and Hasselbacks!

I saw them do this on America's Test Kitchen,and decided it needed to be tried! They butterflied a pork tenderloin,stuffed it with a mushroom mixture and grilled it. My stuffing was made with mushrooms,sundried tomatoes,black olives,garlic and finely chopped onions. Mine wasn't as pretty as theirs,but man was it tasty!
