**Stuffed & Rolled Turkey breasts**

Boned out two 6+ lb. turkey breasts

Buterflied then flattened between plastic wrap, layered with Herb stuffing, Craisins and chopped Pecans

Rolled up, covered with a skin patch, wrapped in Cheese cloth, and trussed with butcher twine

Slathered each with a cube of Butter, then cooked at 350* for 1.5 hours on the Pellet Pro 22" WSM

Sliced on the bias and served!

Definitely worth the effort! They turned out great!
