Stuffed pork loin


 
Cooking up a monster pork loin.
Cut flat and seasoned with S&P.


Sauteed apple, andouillie, mushrooms and onion


Filling and trussin the pork


Rubbed with Tony Chacheries and brown sugar


A couple hours on the pit. Mopping with unfiltered apple juice.




 
All we need now is the finished/sliced pic.

Using the thumbnail approach that opens a larger picture once clicked upon would help out with the dial-up members though..

I hear ya about the thumbnails. Unfortunately, I am computer challenged and have a hard time gettin that right.
I will post pics of finished product as best I can.

Photobucket: Open your first message for editing. On a new webpage, navigate to your Photobucket album. Put a checkmark in the box next to the first pic. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Generate HTML and IMG Codes button. On the next page that appears click the code just below where it says 'IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended'. This will copy the link. On your TVWBB post (that you've opened for editing) replace the code for the pic with the code you just copied. Repeat with the other pics. This will place clickable thumnails in your post.
