Stuffed Pork Chops on the Kettle

This afternoon after our 6" of rain in 20 hours appeared to be over I tried something new for me.
I stuffed some bone on pork chops with a mixture of bacon, diced grilled onions and Italian sausage.
Before I started I grilled the onions, fried the bacon and the sausage before hand. I put the layer in
the pocket about 1/2" thick, and onto the grill they went direct, with some hickory, because thats
what I had. These turned out nice and I will try them again. I need to learn how to get pictures on
here.
